Description

Fires the given gameevent only for the specific player

The ply argument was changed from previously accepting only Player to now accepting all ClientArg

The gameevent to fire.

2ClientArg(CBaseClient or Player or number) ply

The Player to fire the gameevent on

Returns true if the event was successfully fired.
